Provision of Internal Audit (Co-Sourced) Services

⁠⁠⁠Charles Darwin University is seeking proposals for the provision of internal audit and potentially ancillary services for a period of three years commencing 1st January 2016. An extension of a further 3 year period may be offered pending the outcome of an end of term review and any changes to operational requirements.

The University is seeking to procure internal audit services from one suitably qualified and experienced firm to assist in the conduct of internal audit activities. The University will use the procured internal audit services to obtain an independent appraisal of University activities.

The internal audit service will be responsible for giving assurance to University senior management and the Audit and Risk Committee of the Council of the University. Activities for internal audit will be in accordance with the Internal Audit Plan approved by the Audit and Risk Committee.
