Tender Description
The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified, resourced and experienced service provider to undertake industrial cleaning at Australian Parliament House (APH).
Cleaning will be required in the majority of exterior areas of the APH precinct and nominated courtyards on a daily basis, excluding Christmas Day. The total area of APH and its precincts is 32 hectares.
The industrial cleaning services will primarily consist of cleaning in courtyards, car parks, the loading dock, landscaped areas, Parliament Drive, the basement and various other locations.
