Landscape Maintenance Various Locations

⁠⁠⁠The City of Bunbury has a number of parks and reserves that require landscape maintenance to a standard that is acceptable to the public. While the City has employees that maintain a number of locations, Contractor(s) are required to be allocated a number of location(s) to assist in maintaining the parks and reserves to the desired standard.

The City has issued this Tender with two sets of qualitative criteria which are outlined in Part 5. Any commercial or not for profit entity can place a submission for any part of the Tender either wholly or in part.

Work will be carried out on a fixed price per service basis. The City has provided an estimate of the number and type of service required for each location. This has been provided as an estimate only and the Principal does not guarantee the specified number of services.
