The Queensland Government, acting through the Department of Housing and Public Works, Building and Asset Services, is inviting suppliers to submit offers for the provision of Service Maintenance in the South East Queensland region.
An industry briefing information session will be held within the Brisbane Metropolitan, Sunshine Coast and South Coast areas for upcoming tender packages.
These sessions will cover a variety of service offerings and will specifically include:
* Explaining the procurement process, estimated number of packages and indicative timeframes of when packages will go to market;
* Overview of the Service Maintenance Invitation to Offer (ITO) scope and objectives;
* Changes to the bid process to simplify submissions through the use of electronic workbooks;
* Provide a forum for contractors to raise questions about the upcoming packages.
