Skate Park Facility, Creswick - Design & Construct

⁠⁠⁠This project is intended to deliver a new purpose built skate park facility on behalf of Hepburn Shire Council. This facility will feature new skate park facilities incorporated into new parkland in the town of Creswick, and show case best practice design and sustainability features within a limited budget.

The project objective is to deliver a new skate facility for Creswick that will:
* Showcase contemporary outdoor skate features;
* Demonstrate accessibility outcomes integrated into the project design;
* Utilise best practice design principles;
* Provide a turn-key facility;
* Obtain necessary building and planning approvals;
* Deliver associated landscaping and associated works to integrate the project; and Deliver the project in accordance with the approved project budget.
