Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the Provision of After Hours Contact Centre Services. It includes the delivery of the highest quality customer service to its customers. QUU requires services of a Contact Centre Service provider to manage the Faults and Emergency line from 19:00 to 07:00 Monday to Friday (Brisbane time), 24 hours on weekends, public holidays (including one local show day) and potentially overflow in high call volume situations during 07:00 to 19:00.
It does not include the management of social media, website and mail enquiries.
