Tender Description
Victoria Police seeks suitably qualified and experienced providers to underake reviews observing the rules of natural justice and procedural fairness applied to claims of: bullying, harassment, discrimination and workplace conflict; sexual harassment; grievances; and VPS misconduct.
This is either through a review hearing based on a combination of written and oral submissions by the parties or a review based on written submissions alone.
