Tender Description
This contract requires the successful tenderer to construct approximately 380 metres of unsealed collector road in Narre Warren North.
Works include 2500 square metres of sealed road pavement, barrier kerb, concrete footpath and stormwater pipes and pits.
Public lighting (poles and luminaires) including associated electrical assets are also required to be delivered to point of acceptance by electrical authority.
Numerous underground services exist in close proximity to the proposed works and as such all tenders should undertake a site visit and familiarise themselves with onsite conditions.
Project delivery methodology should reflect this understanding of existing service locations and reflect each tenderer's OH&S Policy and associated procedures / SWMS. Please provide Methodology as part of tender response.
