Tender Description
The ATM seeks a single Service Provider with the capability and experience to manage and undertake the following works to the Booby Island Lighthouse:
* repaint of internal and external surfaces;
* repair of any heavily corroded steel;
* repair of any rotten or damaged timber;
* removal of asbestos;
* repair of the cracked/subsided concrete floor;
* replacement of the entrance porch roof;
* inspection of the lantern room sill plate;
* replacement of the lantern room sill plate (if required);
* replacement of the lantern room glazing;
* repair/replacement of the balcony membrane;
* repair/replacement of damaged balcony handrail and stanchions;
* establishment of a temporary AtoN; and
* reinstatement of the Aid to Navigation (AtoN) equipment and power supply.
