Tender Description
This contract is for the cleaning services to various sites within the principals boundaries as and when required for the period 1 December 2015 to 30 November 2017.
This is a two year contract the first year is to be fixed price and second year will be by CPI to be negotiated by the principal.
The supply for cleaning services will be proportioned to separate facilities as per the scope of works. The work allocation to the individual contractors will be at the sole discretion of the principal.
