Provision of Supported Accommodation for People with Disabilities Draper St Ocean Grove

⁠⁠⁠The Council is calling for expressions of interest, closing 2pm on Wednesday 30 September 2015, from Not For Profit organisations to take ownership of land at 77-79 Draper Street, Ocean Grove for nil consideration to provide supported accommodation for people with disabilities.

Council's objectives are to:
(a) Have the Property used to facilitate the establishment of community based supported accommodation for people with disabilities living in Ocean Grove or on the Bellarine Peninsula as a priority.

(b) Broaden the availability of alternative housing options for people with disabilities.

(c) Ensure that the Property which is currently in public ownership continues to be used for community good into the future.
