Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠An animal shelter (commonly referred to as a pound) is a facility that holds homeless, lost or abandoned animals; primarily a large variety of dogs and cats. Animals are kept at an animal shelter in accordance with the requirements of the Companion Animals Act 1998.

As a result of the need to expand the existing waste facilities, and the aging/inadequate infrastructure associated with the existing animal shelter, a new facility is proposed to be constructed on a former sanitary depot at 19 BTU Road, Nowra Hill.
