Tender Description
The works include:
* maintenance painting activities, typically to existing painted surfaces, throughout the building of up to 80,000 square metres per annum;
* coordinating all scaffolding, barricading, signage, plant and equipment;
* patching damaged plasterboard when necessary;
* performing works under flexible working arrangements which may involve after-hours and weekend work;
* utilising the DPS SAP Maintenance Management system (MMS) for the management of work orders;
* liaising and coordinating site access with DPS and/or the Departmental Service Officers (DSOs);
* providing personnel to supplement DPS’s in-house painting staff if required; and
* ad-hoc work related to provision of painting services.
