In summary the following works are required:
* Excavate trenches, lay water pipe and /or gas pipe and backfill once pipes are pressure tested.
* Purchase and install a water pressure pump in the shed provided.
* Link water and gas pipes to existing outlets or to a position as per the drawings.
* Provide safety signs to ensure the public is kept safe.
