Tender Description
The Sites listed in Attachment D (Site, Meter and Volume Data) of Schedule 3 to the RFT may also be altered to allow for the adjustment of Load type if they fall below the jurisdictional limits and if suitable interval metering is installed.
The Department requires that Sites and NMIs can be rolled into/out of the Contract with thirty (30) days' notice.
