The Scope of Works is as follows:

Replacement of switchboards with new upgraded switchboards at the following sites:
* Barbers Lane Sewerage Pump Station
* Liebig Street Water Tower Pump Station

In addition, the existing Liebig Street Water Tower building housing the LV Main Switchboard will require design and construction of a new building over some of the existing infrastructure inclusive of:
* Identification and removal of asbestos
* Demolition of existing building structure; and
* Design and Construction of a new freestanding enclosed light weight metal clad structure.

Site inspections can be arranged during the proposed date, 17 August 2015 at 11:00 by contacting Mr Garth Power of Wannon Water.

Tenders in sealed envelopes clearly marked "Contract 705 Replacement of Liebig St Building and Switchboards at Two Locations" should be lodged in the Tender Box at Wannon Water's Office, 25 Gateway Road, Warrnambool, VIC 3280, prior to 3.00 pm on Wednesday 2 September 2015.
