For the Provision of Construction Services for the Upgrading of Rowe St Eastwood

⁠⁠⁠The City of Ryde Council is committed to upgrading its public domain areas to ensure that the community and its businesses have improved visual and physical infrastructure.

This invitation for tender relates to provision of construction services for the upgrading of Rowe Street East, Eastwood. The scope of works includes undergrounding of existing overhead electrical services, supply and installation of multifunction poles, upgrade of footpaths comprising of asphalt with granite banding, drainage works, concrete works including traffic island / medians, structural tree trench, landscaping works, street furniture, signage, road resurfacing and line marking.

The successful contractor shall be responsible for managing and coordinating all subcontractor work including undergrounding of overhead powerlines and utilities and services relocations/adjustments

The successful contractor shall provide a qualified Community Liaison Officer to manage the interface with the community and the business owners for the duration of the project.

Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) using the attached word version of the Schedule. Respondents, will receive a successful submission, receipt timed and dated upon completion. Furthermore, hard copy submission can also be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the Tender title, number and closing details. If submitting a tender via hard copy, the tender box is located in the foyer of Council's Civic Centre Administration Building.
