Additional Contractors for the Provision of Trades & Services

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking professional qualified contractors that can provide a high standard of capability and value for money in the provision of trade services and minor building works. As part of this requirement Council seeks excellent service and a strong commitment to provide optimum results.

This Request for Tender seeks to test the market to ensure Council obtains best value for money in the undertaking of the work.

Requirements include the provision of trade and services to complete reactive maintenance works, emergency works and minor works throughout the LGA.

The services comprise of:
* Carpenters/Joinery Cabinetmaking Services
* Plumbers and Gas Fitting Services
* Metal Fabrication Services
* Painting and Decorating Services
* Plastering Services
* Brick/Block Laying Services
* Roofing Services
* Rendering Services
* Tiling Services

Council Depot, 45-47 Cardwell St, Canley Vale NSW 2166.

Potential tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend this briefing session which will cover the tenderers response preparation and lodgement as well as an overview of the proposed contract requirements. Any information provided at the briefing will be provided subject to the conditions in this RFT.

The Tenderers when submitting their response to Council tender are to follow the requirements of Part E Returnable Schedule and are NOT to send a PDF Booklet of all the Information. The Tenderers are required to send through as requested in the Part E Returnable Schedule, separate documents/files for the following Part E:
* Pricing Schedule
* Insurance Certificate
* Work Health Safety Management System
* Personnel CVs
If your responses is not submitted in the required format this may delay your submission being evaluated or set aside as per Part B Conditions of Tendering clause 3.2 Content and Format Requirements.
