Tender Description
A compulsory on site pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at Hanover Creek Bridge, Banjo Patterson Way, Cumnock on Friday, 24 July 2015 at 12:00 noon. Tenderers are required to attend the meeting in order to submit a conforming tender.
Tender documents are available from Council’s e-tendering website www.tenderlink.com/cabonne or the downloads below.
Tenders must be lodged in accordance with the requirements detailed in the tender documents.
All tenders must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for the Construction Industry.
The Principal shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
