Horizon Power invites you to submit a tender for the CLB-SHT X1 HV Insulator Replacements (Karratha) Project (HP01206).
The North West Interconnected System (NWIS) is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia and consists of 350kms of overhead transmission line and 13 substations under Horizon Power's control. Routine line patrols over the past few years have found that the large majority of the Ceramic insulators are suffering corrosion at the connecting pins
The location and details of the Works to be carried out are as identified in the design / detailed drawings E125-SE0640-SB2-01 & E214-SE0600-SB-01 (refer to Section A).
The project shall comprise the provision of supervision, labour, some materials and equipment necessary for the safe and efficient execution of the Works under the Goods and Services Contract, except for work and materials stipulated within the Goods and Services Contract as being provided by Horizon Power.
