Tender Description
To develop a 'Strategic Advocacy Plan' to enable the RCV Executive to identify and respond to strategic priorities with and for its 38 member Councils;
To develop an operational plan to effectively guide the roles, responsibilities and actions of the RCV Executive, RCV officers and RCV member Councils in implementing RCV advocacy activities;
To prepare a range of template collateral /products to support the advocacy activities of the RCV Executive, RCV officers and RCV member Councils;
The implementation of this Strategic Advocacy Plan will assist the RCV Executive and its 38 rural Council members to effectively respond to those existing and emerging priority issues in Victoria.
