Tender Description
Council is looking to deliver a high quality Public Square for the Endeavour Hills Community Precinct. Located at the top of the hill and in close proximity to the two busy entrances of the Public Library and the Leisure Centre the Square will become the central heart of the community.
The project includes the demolition of an existing area of car park and footpaths and the construction of a new Town square including the installation of services to provide for a temporary cafe.
The work includes the organisation and supply of all labour, materials and plant equipment required to install, establish and maintain all works as shown on the drawings and described in this specification and other Contract documents. The works to be constructed under the Contract are located off Raymond McMahon Boulevard, Endeavour Hills, to the South of Endeavour Hills library.
