The project involves refurbishment of two toilets and minor building works to seven buildings at Victoria Barracks Melbourne. This project includes painting, plumbing, plastering, carpentry and toilet refurbishment works.
The work includes:
* Major patch and paint works at Building 2 and 4 (includes identifying water leak and rectifying);
* Removal of window bars and painting windows at Building 6;

* Painting to Building 10 and major gutter works to Building 11.
