Tenders for the Construction of a New Single Storey Building Extension of 200m2 and Associated External Works and Refurbishment Works of 285m2

TMHS is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from commercially registered building contractors to extend the existing Nursing Home and refurbish the Hospital wing.

The project comprises the construction of a new single storey building extension of 200m² and associated external works and refurbishment works of 285m².

It is proposed to tender the project in September 2015 and complete construction, over 3 stages, by August 2016.

EOI’s should be limited to 10 pages only and include information on; Company, Staff, Relevant Experience, Use of Local Subcontractors, Victorian Government Construction Supplier Registration No. and contact details for 3 referees.

All EOI’s received will be evaluated and a shortlist of tenderers prepared.
