Tender Description
Design, engineering, fabrication, calibration, testing, inspection and delivery of the Sand Monitoring System.
Vendor shall provide all instruments and instrument equipment for the supply of the complete Sand Monitoring System and including but not limited to the following:
* 4 off non-intrusive acoustic sand monitors
* 1 off Junction Box
* 4 off set of pipe clamped accessories for installation
* 4 off Intrinsically Safe power Supply
* 1 off communication Module,
* Assistance during integration at MAC premises
* Assistance during Pre-commissioning / Commissioning
* A complete engineering package with certified drawings showing dimensions, weights, connections and any further information necessary to allow the Conversion Yard to complete the installation work.
* All necessary approval stamps (including certificates), test sheets, instruction books and other paperwork required for proper operation and maintenance of the system during its lifetime.
* Definition of any special test equipment, spares, special tools or equipment required for commissioning or normal operation of the purchased equipment.
* Preparation and regular updating of work schedule required to complete the work and to ensure that the overall project target ates meet with the requirements.
