Tender Description
QS for the expansion of the existing Parklea Correctional facility by 400 new beds - 250 maximum security beds located inside the secure perimeter wall and 150 minimum security beds located outside the secure permiter wall. Associated works include a new programs building, secure covered walkways, satellite clinic, and play court, security fencing, visitor car parking, and associated road woks. In addition to this, there will be 40 x 2 beds modular accommodation carried our as part of a separate project.
