CITY WEST WATER is a leading metropolitan water corporation in Melbourne responsible for providing water, trade waste and sewerage services to Melbourne's CBD, inner and western suburbs.
City West Water requests tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the Management of Production Biosolids at Altona Treatment Plant.
City West Water owns and operates the Altona Treatment Plant, which processes predominantly domestic sewage from the Altona area. The treatment plant consists of a biological nutrient reduction process using an intermittent decanted extended aeration (IDEA) plant with an aerobic digester and a belt press dewatering facility.
This tender is for the management of production biosolids at the Altona Treatment Plant and associated services. Production biosolids shall be transported offsite for 100% beneficial reuse.
