Lease and Operation of Cafes within Camberwell Civic Precinct and Hawthorn Community Precinct

⁠⁠⁠City of Boroondara invites submissions from suitably experienced organisations to manage and operate food and beverage premises (Cafes) at the Camberwell Civic Precinct and the Hawthorn Community Precinct. Council is seeking to provide this opportunity to either a commercial operator or a social enterprise/not for profit organisation that can provide significant community benefit from the operations. These services are expected to be commenced by October 2015.

Inspections of the cafes will be conducted on Friday 31 July 2015 commencing at 9.30am at Hawthorn Community Precinct. It is strongly recommended that interested parties attend the inspections to fully inform themselves of the facilities available.

Documents detailing the specific requirements will be available from Tuesday 28 July 2015 and are available electronically for download at www.boroondara.vic.gov.au/your_council/tenders.

Submissions close 4pm, Tuesday 18 August 2015.

The lowest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted.
