Tender Description
The Principal is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced building contractors for the provision of construction services for the alterations and additions to two (2) existing buildings located at Pickett Park, Lot 3 and Lot 5, Maroubra Ave, Bullsbrook. The works are for the alteration of existing change rooms and toilets at Pickett Park Hall and the construction of new change rooms at the Pickett Park Pavilion. The existing kiosk within the Pavilion will also undergo extensive renovations. The works also includes the installation and connection of a new gravity fed sewer.
