RFQ: Playgrounds 2015 - Package 3

⁠⁠⁠The Surf Coast Shire Council invites quotations from suitably qualified suppliers for the supply and installation of new playground equipment/items at Deep Creek Reserve, Hill Top Reserve, Frog Hollow Reserve, Whites Beach Reserve (all in Torquay) and at the Aireys Inlet Community Centre.

Details of the project locations and the scope of works are set out in the attached documentation.

Council requires the equipment to be supplied by no later than March 2016.

Submissions must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time. Tenderers will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Submissions not complying with the requirements - for example, those submitted by Facsimile or email, will not be accepted.

It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.

Tenders are to be lodged no later than 3.00 PM on 14 August 2015.

Late or incorrectly lodged tenders will not be considered.
