Tender Description
Warringah Council engaged GHD Geotechnics Pty Ltd to assess various sites of instability within Council's boundaries and as a result the remediation of 3 cutting sites within Council Road Reserves is required.
The sites are located at:
* Site No 84 @ 35 Myoora Rd, Terrey Hills,
* Site No 100 @ 66 Beacon Hill Rd, Beacon Hill
* Site No 18 @ Oliver Rd corner of Dalley St, Queenscliff
The works include:
* Temporary drainage & silt control prior to commencement of earthworks.
* Earthworks, including the scaling, regrading & grooming of the soil and rock slopes.
* Disposal of all materials resulting from the works.
* Permanent drainage of the cut face, including strip drains and weep holes.
* Sprayed concrete, including reinforcement, fixing pins and geotextiles.
* A decorative 'mock rock' finishes giving the sprayed concrete a natural rock appearance.
* Supply and installation of rock bolts.
