THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SYDNEY ('the City') invites EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of temporary food, beverage and/or merchandise vending within the Sydney CBD and City of Sydney Local Government Area (LGA) for 2015 Sydney New Year's Eve in accordance with this request. A wide selection of temporary food, beverage and merchandise outlets are required. Vending operators are encouraged to offer a range of products suitable for large-scale multi-venue outdoor public events.
All vending operators must have experience providing vending services at large-scale outdoor events (minimum 5,000 people).
The selection and placement of vending operators and outlets will be at the absolute discretion of the City. The City will then select operators from the eligibility list to operate vending services for 2015 Sydney New Year's Eve. The selection will be based on the available vending locations, and the suitability of vending operators and their outlets for the available locations.
Vending operators that wish to be considered by the City for 2015 Sydney New Year's Eve are to submit an Expression of Interest in the manner as required. That is, completing all the Forms and submitting those, and the attachments required, by the due date. Please note that the City may have official merchandise for the 2015 Sydney New Year's Eve event and, as such, merchandise vending opportunities may be limited.
