Tender Description
The purpose of this tender is to assess and select a panel of suitably qualified organisations to provide strategic consulting services to Monash University in order to:
1. Review and development of organisational strategy;
2. Development of short, medium and long-term planning;
3. Identification and development of new services, programmes or initiatives;
4. Review of existing operations;
5. Re-organisation of corporate structure;
6. Rationalisation of services and products;
7. Reaction to external / internal environment changes; and
8. Agility to business demands - ease of engagement for time sensitive requirements.
