This Request specifies the requirement of the Department of Fisheries for the provision of cleaning services, as specified, at the Premise listed and in accordance with the terms and conditions for an initial period of Three (3) years with Two (2) One (1) year extension options exercisable at the absolute discretion of the contract authority.
