RFQ: Torquay North Children's Centre - Quantity Surveying Services

⁠⁠⁠The Surf Coast Shire Council invites quotations from suitably qualified consultants for the provision of quantity surveying services during the design of the new Torquay North Children's Centre. Council intends to develop a new multi-purpose pre-school and children's services facility located at Merrijig Drive, Torquay for the purpose of meeting the early childhood education and care needs for the Torquay and Jan Juc communities until at least 2031.

Details of the project and the QS scope of works are set out in the attached documentation.

The successful consultant will be required to work with Council as its independent advisor and cost manager whilst concurrently working alongside an appointed architectural design team who are required to design, document and assist in the procurement of the Torquay North Children's Centre.
