Tender Description
Prepare a strategic-level evaluation of the GER to evaluate:
1) The rationale for connectivity conservation, given new science and policy reforms across Victoria, NSW, ACT, Victoria and nationally;
2) Strategic direction, including options for a future GER delivery model, informed by evaluation of previous phases of the initiative, examples provided by other similar initiatives, and models applicable to the GER context; and
3) Roles of the parties to the GER, including whether there is an ongoing role for governments
