Tender Description
Tenderers are advised that an Alternative Tender using a non-cushioned surfacing will be considered as a Secondary Part of the Conforming Tender.
All work on the Courts is to be undertaken in a “Staged” manner, preferably in the existing fenced blocks, eg:- Courts 1 to 4, Courts 5 & 6, Courts 7 to 10 and Courts 11 to 13. This staging, together with the price for alternative non-cushioned surfacing, will be used when considering the Final Lump Sum Price of the successful Tender.
