Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake routine maintenance works on Council's road network. The work involved is:
· Unsealed road grading
· Gravel road resheeting
· Sealed road shoulder maintenance
A full statement of the Gravel Resheeting and Maintenance of Council Roads required under the proposed contract appears in the Specification.
Two packages of work, encompassing the three tasks, have been prepared. Tenderers may tender for either or both packages. Council, at its sole discretion, may:
· Not accept any tender,
· Accept a single tender for both packages, or
· Accept two tenders (to undertake a package each).

Tenders shall be addressed to the General Manager, Narromine Shire Council and clearly marked as nominated in the specification or on the cover sheet. Completed responses may be submitted via the electronic tender box (preferred) or by hand in a sealed envelope to the tender box at 124 Dandaloo Street, Narromine, or by post to PO Box 115, Narromine, NSW 2821.
Tenders close at 4:00pm AEST on Tuesday 28th July 2015 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
