Tender Description
The objective of the Business Intelligence (BI) Upgrade Project is to secure for the Department a supplier with the capacity, capability and resources to:
* Complete an upgrade of the existing Oracle Business Intelligence 10g application to Oracle Business Intelligence Foundation Suite version 11g
* Migrate existing Informatica Extract Transform and Load (ETL) packages to Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
* Deliver Human Resources (HR) analytics to support the Department's HR reporting requirements
* Migrate and re-platform the Corrections Victoria data warehouse from Cognos to the Oracle Business Intelligence Foundation Suite version 11g
* Provide Managed Services for the Department's BI applications, infrastructure, data and reporting solutions, including Hosting Services (applicable to Option 1 only).
