EOI - Purchase and Removal of Dwellings

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited for the purchase and removal of dwellings at 10 and 22 Oliver Street, Inverell.

Council are seeking EOI for the purchase and removal of the dwellings (including fixtures) and surrounding structures (as listed in the EOI) on the properties located at 10 and 22 Oliver Street, Inverell; at the cost of person/s making the submission.

Removal of the dwellings and surrounding structures is to be completed within six (6) months of the successful applicant’s signing of the contract of sale.

Interested parties will need to submit an EOI, which will address, but not be limited to, the sale conditions.

* EOIs that are submitted in hardcopy are to be in a sealed envelope endorsed 'Expression of Interest S5.2.56 - 2015 - Inverell Shire Council purchase and removal of dwellings located at 10 and 22 Oliver Street, Inverell'.
* EOIs submitted by email are to have the subject line as 'Expression of Interest S5.2.56 - 2015 - Inverell Shire Council purchase and removal of dwellings located at 10 and 22 Oliver Street, Inverell'.
* EOIs will be received by the undersigned until 2:30pm on Thursday, 6 August, 2015. EOIs emailed will be time and date stamped as at the time received by Inverell Shire Council’s email server.
* EOI documents are available for download below in PDF format at no cost. CD’s can be made available and posted on request at a non-refundable cost of $50.00 per CD by contacting Mr Stephen Golding on (02) 6728 8288.
* Applicants must obtain a copy of the EOI Documentation.
* Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the applicant.
* The highest or lowest EOI will not necessarily be accepted.

EOIs are to be placed in the Tender Box or emailed prior to the closing time. The Tender Box is located in the foyer of Council’s Administration Centre, 144 Otho Street, INVERELL, NSW 2360. Council email address is council@inverell.nsw.gov.au.
