Are looking to out source the maintenance for:
114 properties: 91 homes in the Perth Metropolitan area, 7 in Northam, 4 refuge/transitional/respite and 4 corporate facilities comprising a mix of offices and office/day-centre accommodation.

Rise is seeking Expressions of Interest either in whole or part to provide ongoing reactive and planned cyclical maintenance.
It is anticipated that the contract will run for an initial term of 2 years with two further terms of 2 + 2 Yea.
