Tender Description
Public Transport Victoria, on behalf of the State, invites suitably qualified Respondents to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the delivery of the High Capacity Metro Trains Project (the Project). The Project requires the successful Respondent to design, build, manufacture, finance and maintain a fleet of 37 new high capacity metro trains and a new maintenance depot and stabling yard.
The Project will be procured and delivered as an ‘availability based’ PPP.
