Tender Description
TRC invites Architectural Practices experienced in the design of purpose built facilities similar to those noted above to submit an Expression of Interest to design, prepare tender documents [drawings and specifications] and to carry out post construction contract award services during the construction phase. The preparation of furniture specifications and schedules will also be included in the commission.
Following receipt of the Expressions of Interest TRC will carry out an assessment of each of the submissions against the following criteria with the objective to select four [4] Architectural Practices to be invited to submit a fee proposal (tender) for the services as described above.
The assessment criteria are:
* Quality of Submission;
* Appreciation of the Project as described;
* Experience of Practice in similar projects;
* Expertise of personnel nominated and assigned to the project;
* History of Successful Project Delivery with Similar Projects;
* Financial Capacity of the Practice.
The Expression of Interest as submitted must specifically address each of the criteria listed above.
