This tender is for engagement of a consultant to undertake the Client-side design management and construction contract management roles. Scope of engagement will include:
* Successfully guide the Contractor through the design phase to deliver a technically compliant design that provides a value for money, constructible solution to ensure the project can be delivered safely within budget.
* Ensure the design and construction is completed within the required timeframe
* Ensure the design and construction is completed within the budget.
* Ensure the design and completed works meet the requirements of Queensland Rail and the project stakeholders.
