The Melton City Council is seeking expressions of interest from businesses to lease part of the Melton Library and Learning Hub (MLLH) located at 31-37 McKenzie Street Melton for the provsion of a Cafe. The business will be required to work alongside and complement Council's MLLH services, which will continue to occupy the majority of the building.

All specific enquiries relating to this EOI must be directed through Council's e-tendering portal.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the e-tendering protal, no later than 4.00 pm on Monday 6 July 2015.

Melton City Council may accept or reject any submissions received and no late submissions will be considered.
