Panel of Preferred Providers - Home Care Packages

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for a panel of preferred providers for home care services including case management, domestic assistance, personal care and respite to older residents. The term of the contract is 3 years with options to extend the contract for a further 4 years.

Tenders close at 3.00pm on Wednesday 1 July 2015 and are to be deposited in the Tender Box during office hours, 8.30am to 5.00pm, at the Whitehorse Civic Centre, 379-397 Whitehorse Rd, NUNAWADING VIC 3131.
