Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the provision of services including building, project management, works supervision, carpentry, cabinet making, glazing, tiling waterproofing, caulking, plastering, handyman services, labouring and other related services.
This is a schedule of rates contract for two years, commencing October 2015, with one extension option of two years and a second extension option of twenty one months.
A pre-tender meeting will be held at 2pm on Monday, 22 June 2015 at Monash City Council, Works Administration Centre, 390 Ferntree Gully Road, Notting Hill.
Tender documents are available via email, forward requests to CapitalWorks@monash.vic.gov.au. Requesting documents will confirm your registration for the pre-tender meeting.
Tenders in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the contract no. and description must be lodged in the Tender Box, Customer Service Counter, Monash Civic Centre 293 Springvale Rd Glen Waverley by 2pm Wednesday, 8 July 2015.
