2015-17 Vegetation Management Works

⁠⁠⁠Schedule of Rates (Panel) Tender

Wellington Shire Council conducts a range of annual vegetation management works within road reserves and other Council managed reserves throughout the Shire. Vegetation management activities include weed control, revegetation planting, slashing, fire fuel management and other related tasks.

Council is preparing a ‘panel’ of suitably qualified contractors to undertake vegetation management works for a 24 month period (1 July 2015 - 30 June 2017). The tender is based on tenderers providing a schedule of rates for the various activities, with no guarantee of works implied.

All tenderers must register with the Council to obtain the tender documents. These can be downloaded by completing the form below or alternatively you may contact the Land Projects Officer, Mr Alan Hill on 1300 366 244 or email alan.hill@wellington.vic.gov.au.

Tenders should be lodged in the tender box at the Wellington Shire Council Sale Service Centre at 18 Desailly Street, Sale, no later than 2.00pm Wednesday 1 July 2015. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Late, email or facsimile tenders will not be accepted.
