Mailroom Services

⁠⁠⁠Through this Request for Quotation process, WorkSafe Victoria is seeking quotations from suitably qualified organisations to provide Mailroom Services that includes the following :

* Delivery of operational activities of a fully functional mailroom ;
* Suitably skilled and experienced contractors to fill long term,  short term and emergency placements over the life of the contract;
* Procedural documentation and templates covering mailroom activities and work processes over the life of the contract, including the methodology they propose to use to demonstrate compliance with:
WorkSafe’s Information Security Policy
WorkSafe’s internal OHS requirements
Readiness for emergencies such as dealing with intruders or identifying and isolating suspect letters/parcels
* A Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in the event of an emergency requiring the services to be transferred off-site, either to a site of the service providers choosing or at a space provided by WorkSafe;
* An option for later on-site scanning of incoming correspondence.
