* Provision of sufficient resources to operate each car park efficiently and effectively.
* Manage all financial aspects relating to the collection and remittance of parking revenue.
* Providing high quality customer service to car park patrons at all car parks.
* Operate all car parks in accordance with Council guidelines.
* Provide Parking Control Equipment at all three locations.
